Which is the best soccer club in Wisconsin?
University of Wisconsin–Madison Badgers at 1685, playing in NCAA Division I Women's. "Best" here means highest rating on the Ranked XI national scale, not league position.
Are amateur and pro clubs really on the same scale?
Yes. Cross-league placement is calibrated on about 600 U.S. Open Cup results, the one competition where clubs from different tiers meet, so a strong amateur side can rate above a weak professional one.
